Performance anxiety can feel daunting, but it doesn’t have to be! WMPI violinist Victoria Hightower (10th grade) shares personal experiences with performance anxiety, shares her studies into managing it, and highlights the strategies that students can put into practice to overcome uncertainty and build confidence in your performance.
