U.S. Army Band “Pershing’s Own” and WMPI Chamber Concert

The United States Army Band and Strings “Pershing’s Own” join forces with the Washington Musical Pathways Initiative in a special chamber side-by-side concert on Friday, May 10, 2024, 7:00 pm-8:00 pm in Lang Hall at Levine Music’s NWDC campus. Join us in experiencing ensembles ranging from a nonet to a “Silk-Road-inspired” quintet, where musicians will perform works by Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, Mendelssohn, Jessie Montgomery, and Heitor Villa-Lobos.

The concert is free, available in person and live stream.
